D3lab Creativo, based in Medellín, Antioquia, Colombia, is the controller of the personal data collected through this website. For data protection matters, use the email address published on the contact page.

2. Data we collect

We only collect data you voluntarily provide in the contact form and the quote builder: name, company, city, Instagram handle, a description of your request and the contact details you use to reach us (email or WhatsApp). The quote builder stores your selection in your browser (local storage) and does not send it to any server.

3. Purpose

Data is used to answer commercial enquiries, prepare and send proposals, deliver contracted services and keep in touch about the project. We do not sell or transfer personal data to third parties for commercial purposes.

4. Data subject rights

Under Law 1581 of 2012 you may access, update and correct your personal data; request proof of the authorization granted; be informed about how your data is used; file complaints with the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce; and revoke authorization or request deletion where applicable.

5. How to exercise your rights

Send your request to the contact email stating your name, the data concerned and what you want (access, update, correction or deletion). We answer enquiries within ten (10) business days and claims within fifteen (15) business days, as required by law.

6. Cookies

We use traffic measurement cookies only if you accept them in the cookie notice. You can decline without losing any site functionality and change your mind by clearing your browser storage.

7. Term

This policy applies from its publication and remains in force while D3lab Creativo operates. Databases are kept for as long as the commercial relationship exists or until deletion is requested.
